boredom and frustration
a while back, I invited a bunch of people to come to mt cootha with me, it went reasonably well and a good time was had by most, anyways one of the people who had to decline was angela, so she was like "hey, lets get drunk after bas next sat" I thought that could be interesting, anyways this saturday was the one that just went by, since I was working till 10 I told them to get me a bottle of vodka while the bottle'o's were open, and they did, but then everyone piked, but I still had to drive to the city to go get the vodka and pay them back for it.. so in the end, 3 hours driving wasted after work, not a happy chappy, oh well though, next time should be better.

mmm, what else, oh yeah, I need something to keep me occupied, for some reason every attempt at finding a regular social event to attend seems to fail, organising my own works sometimes, but frequently doesn't.

when it comes down to it I'm spending like 6-12 hours a day sometimes on the computer, and well, while I do have a relatively 1337 computer setup and can do nearly anything I want with it, from 3d rendering to sound manipulation to watching tv on it with very little cpu usage, the whole being alone for weeks straight sort of screws with ya a tad. Recently I've been playing with skype while doing stuff a bit (a voip program). getting random calls from people from poland, germany etc is cool, but still even it gets boring after a bit.

recently installed new stereo into my car btw, poineer headdeck, still using the original car speakers though, which means it isn't being used to anywhere near even half capacity, since the headdeck is 4 X 45 watt, and the car only has 2 speakers (which distort a lot when I put the volume over half) so eventually I'm doing to chuck 4 6X9's in it so i can use it to full capacity, that'll be pretty cool. took some serious effort getting the headdeck in though, seeing as no-one makes pioneer adaptors for my model car, bought the pioneer plug for $20 and soldered and wired it all myself on friday night before going to the lan. after I get the 6X9's I'll prolly get a sub amp and hook up a 12 inch sub up to it, then my little car will bounce :D.

apart from that.. mmm, I haven't done much, but thats most of my problem, i need something interesting to do, and when you've done most of it previously it's hard to find something new to do. I've ranted a lot in this entry.. so I may aswell continue with it, lol

man my rooms hot, my main comp runs at a solid 50-60 degrees recently, that combined with the two monitors attached to it, speakers and amp etc means my room is 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house, in summer like now thats so gay.

just got a call from squidgy saying "pick me up from the station" I will, hes been with me for most of my ventures recently, but hes been a bit of a dick about it, so once I finish getting dressed (getting dressed at 7:30pm, lol) I'll go down and pick him up from the station.

what I'm finding recently is that my only true friends seem to be those that I made before year 10.. which is about the time I changed pretty significantly.. but I'll tell you about that some other time, for now I must get squidgy.
